We deliver a range of high-quality training courses, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation, first aid, advanced first aid, advanced resuscitation and remote first aid. We can deliver a range of training courses for individuals and businesses, with all our trainers and assessors having real-world experience.
We pride ourselves on our professional service with a vision to make first aid accessible, enjoyable, and easy to understand. We also believe learning first aid and the skills to potentially saves someone’s life is the greatest knowledge you can ever learn. We want to give you the confidence to act in an emergency and this is our passion.
We also provide professional event first aid services with trained medical professionals and experienced first aid staff. We have a range of advanced life support equipment and can provide a competitive quote for your next event.

Managing Director
Rory is a former combat medic in the ADF and nurse who has worked in the first aid industry for over 10 years.
In this time, he has also worked in a range of emergency service organisations including, the NSW State Emergency Service, NSW Ambulance and St John Ambulance NSW.
Rory is a highly engaging and motivating trainer with a passion for delivering first aid training. He combines his real-world experience, knowledge and passion to deliver high quality and engaging training for a range of industries including schools, childcare centers, emergency services, industrial and not for profits.
Rory is an accredited Level 2 Sports trainer with NRL and SMA, he holds advanced level training in advanced taping, sports massage, concussion management and has delivered courses for Sports Medicine Australia and NRL.
Rory is also an approved trainer for Recognition and Management of Anaphylaxis Program in Department of Education NSW schools. Rory holds a Diploma of Paramedical Science and Diploma of Nursing.

DAPHINE MCKENZIE
Operations Manager
Daphine is a highly skilled Registered Nurse and Nurse Immuniser with extensive experience across event medical services, primary health care, and general practice. Her diverse background includes studies in procurement and logistics, equipping her with strong organisational and operational expertise.
In her role, Daphine oversees the coordination of training courses, event planning, and staff rostering, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality service delivery. Her combined clinical knowledge and logistical proficiency make her an invaluable asset to the team.

SAMUEL AVO
Trainer & Assessor
Samuel Avo is a highly qualified and compassionate individual with a university degree in education, providing him with a strong foundation in pedagogical principles and classroom management. His dedication extends beyond the classroom, as he holds a comprehensive suite of first aid and sports training qualifications.
A certified HLTAID012 - Provide First Aid in an education and care setting and SISSS00118 - Sports Trainer Level 1, Samuel is adept at handling injuries and medical situations in diverse environments. He further enhances his capabilities with advanced certifications, including PUAEME008 - Provide pain management and - HLTAID014 & HLTAID015 (Advanced First Aid & Advanced Resuscitation). These qualifications underscore his commitment to student and athlete safety and well-being.
Known for his empathetic nature, strong leadership skills, and collaborative spirit, Samuel consistently demonstrates a proactive approach to challenges. His ability to work effectively within a team, coupled with his calm demeanor under pressure, makes him an invaluable asset in any educational or sporting context.
